Hearst - Sends magazines that I didn’t order

I did not order Good Housekeeping and after a deceptive sweepstakes it pops up that I order the magazine. Very difficult to cancel. How is such a big company getting away with these tactics? This BS has gone on for years. How Can I start a class action lawsuit against them?

Hearst - NON STOP HARASSING EMAILS

I have never bought from this company, yet in the past few weeks, they’ve somehow obtained my email and have been emailing multiple times a DAY trying to sell me their products. It’s become so bad that I’ve emailed them 13+ times and am even debating getting a new bloody email address. AVOID THIS COMPANY
